Your data
Your business records are yours. Portal → Account → Your data lets you take a full copy whenever you want, and ask for the account to be removed if you ever decide to leave.
Download everything
Section titled “Download everything”Download my data builds a single ZIP of everything held on your account. Inside you get one file per area (clients, bookings, invoices, forms, and the rest), plus the documents and images you have uploaded.
Two things are deliberately left out: your password, and the keys for any accounts you have connected. Handing those over in a file would not be safe, and neither is any use to you outside the app.
It is worth pulling a copy on a schedule you can remember, such as the start of each quarter or before tax season. It is also the right first move if you are ever thinking about leaving.
Request account deletion
Section titled “Request account deletion”Request account deletion does exactly what it says: it sends us a request. Nothing is removed the moment you click it, because one misclick should not end a business.
- Choose Request account deletion.
- Add a reason if you want to. It is optional and it does not change the outcome.
- Send it. We review every request and will be in touch before any data is removed.
While the request is open, the panel says so instead of offering to file a second one. Changed your mind? Reply to our email and we will cancel it.
