Share your booking link

Once you have at least one live meeting link, you have a public booking page. It sits under your handle, at https://mobilelabs.ai/yourname/book, and it is the single link to put in a text message, an email signature, a social bio, or a flyer.

  • One meeting link live? Visitors land straight in the calendar for it: no menu, no extra click.
  • Several? They get a tidy chooser showing your name, each meeting’s title, description, length, and location, and pick from there.

Only links you marked List on the public booking page appear in the chooser. Anything unlisted still works perfectly when you send it directly. That’s handy for a repeat client or a corporate contact who gets different times than the general public.

Every meeting link also has its own address, https://mobilelabs.ai/yourname/book/service-name. In Portal → Appointments, the Meeting links table shows each one, and the link icon in the row copies the full address to your clipboard.

Use the specific link when you already know what the client needs (a corporate screening day, a repeat wellness panel) so they skip the menu entirely. Use the short /book address everywhere else.

Your profile website already points at this page from its header, hero, and closing section, so anyone who lands there can book without you sending anything.

Clients hold their own booking. The confirmation email they receive carries a personal cancel link; opening it shows the appointment and one button, and confirming releases the slot immediately so someone else can take it. That link is the only way in. A stray or expired one simply says it is invalid.

The reminder that goes out about a day before asks them to reply to the email if they need to move the time. There is no self-serve reschedule: the tidy path is to cancel and rebook, or to agree a new time by email and book it in yourself.

See Booking calendar for the settings behind the link, and Custom domain if you would rather share an address of your own.
