Clients and leads

Your book of business lives at Portal → Clients & Leads. One tab holds the people you draw for; the other holds the leads your funnels and forms capture. Add the people you draw for, then send each one a private link to book, sign, and pay.

Choose Add client and fill in the name (the only required field) plus email, phone, address, and a private note nobody but you ever sees. The email matters most: it is where their private link gets sent, and it is what invoices and signing requests are addressed to.

Once you have a few, the search box finds anyone by name, email, phone, or address.

Already keeping clients in a spreadsheet? Export it as a .csv file and choose Import CSV. Use columns named name, email, phone, address, and note. A header row is detected automatically, and a file without one is read in that order. You get a preview of every row before anything is created, and anyone whose email is already on your list is skipped, so re-importing the same file won’t leave you with duplicates.

The Leads tab fills itself. Anyone who fills in one of your funnels, forms, quizzes, or booking pages lands here with their name, contact details, and the source they came from. Move each one along with the stage picker (new, contacted, qualified, enrolled, or lost) so you always know who is waiting on a follow-up. When a lead turns into real work, add them as a client.

Every client gets a private hub link of their own. Use Copy to paste it into a message you write yourself, or Email link to have it sent for you. The client is marked Invited once it goes out. It is the same link every time, so you can send it once and reuse it forever.

Next: see what your client actually opens in the client hub, or start billing them.
