Credential vault

Always ready to say yes. A facility asks for your BLS card and your certificate of insurance on a Thursday afternoon, and either you have them or you lose the contract. Portal → Credential Vault holds all of it in one place and warns you before anything expires. Included from the Starter plan.

Add a credential

Press Add credential and fill in:

• Name: what it is, like “BLS / CPR Certification”.
• Type: certification, insurance, license, DOT qualification, BLS/CPR, photo ID, or other.
• Issuer: optional, but useful when you’re renewing.
• Expires: the date it lapses. Leave it blank for anything that never expires.
• Note: certificate number, policy limits, whatever you’ll want later.

Then use the upload button on the row to attach the document itself, a PDF or a photo of the card. That’s the difference between “I have my TB test somewhere” and being able to send it in ten seconds.

Watch the expiration dates

Every credential carries a live status:

• Expired: past its date, shown in red at the top of the list.
• Expiring: due within the next 30 days.
• Current: on file and in date.

The list sorts itself by what needs you first, and a banner across the top names anything expired or expiring. The Renewal queue on the right collects the same items in one short list, so your to-do is never buried.

One packet, always current

Because everything lives in one vault with its document attached, facility onboarding stops being an archaeology project: your certifications, liability insurance, health clearances, and driving quals are all in one place and provably in date. Renew a credential here and every future request reflects the new date automatically.

Tip

Set the expiration date even when you’re not sure you’ll need it. A blank date means the vault has nothing to warn you about, and a lapsed card is the one thing that can stop a standing order cold.
