Quickstart
Five quick steps to get your mobile phlebotomy business running. The same checklist sits on your portal home until you dismiss it, so you can leave and come back. Work top to bottom. This order gets you bookable, then payable, then organized.
1. Set up your profile website
Section titled “1. Set up your profile website”Portal → Profile Website. This is your public page: who you are, where you work, what you offer, and the button clients press to book you. Claim your web address first if you haven’t. Everything public hangs off it. See Your public page and Your profile website.
2. Add your first client
Section titled “2. Add your first client”Portal → Clients & Leads. Add one by hand to see how it works, or import your whole list from a spreadsheet file. Every draw, invoice, and signed form you create later files itself onto the client record. See Clients and leads.
3. Turn on your booking page
Section titled “3. Turn on your booking page”Portal → Appointments. Set your services, your available hours, and the buffer you want between stops. Clients then self-schedule at your own booking link instead of texting you back and forth. See Booking calendar and Share your booking link.
4. Connect payments
Section titled “4. Connect payments”Portal → Account → Payments. Connect your own payment account so clients pay you directly. Once it’s linked you can send invoices and take card payments for your services. See Connect payments and Invoices.
5. Log your first requisition
Section titled “5. Log your first requisition”Portal → Requisitions. Keep the record of each draw in one place: who ordered it, what you collected, and where the specimen went. You order and deliver the way you already do; this keeps your own account of where each specimen is. Pair it with chain-of-custody tracking for anything that needs a documented handoff. See Requisitions and Chain of custody.
When you’re done
Section titled “When you’re done”Press Got it, finish setup and the checklist disappears from your home page. Nothing is locked behind finishing it. It’s just a nudge.
