Credits and usage
Every AI feature in Lab In A Box runs on credits: creating an image, suggesting hooks, writing captions, drafting a lead magnet or a whole funnel. One balance covers all of it, and every button shows what it costs before you tap it. Your home for all of this is Portal → Credits & Usage.
Your monthly allowance
Section titled “Your monthly allowance”Your account includes a monthly credit allowance, free. It refreshes on the 1st, and unused credits from last month don’t roll over, so there’s no reason to hoard them. The Monthly allowance card shows how much of it you’ve used so far.
Packs, when you want more
Section titled “Packs, when you want more”If you run out before the 1st, buy a pack from the same page. It’s a one-time payment, the credits land in your balance right away, and purchased credits never expire. They sit underneath your monthly allowance and get used once the monthly one is spent.
Everything is on one page
Section titled “Everything is on one page”Portal → Credits & Usage shows you, in order:
- Credits left: your balance, split into what’s left of this month’s allowance and what’s left of anything you bought.
- What things cost: the current price for each AI action. Prices are tuned over time, so treat this page as the truth rather than anything you memorized.
- This month: where your credits actually went, biggest use first.
- Credit log: every generation, purchase, bonus, and refund, with dates. Tap Load more to go further back.
What doesn’t cost credits
Section titled “What doesn’t cost credits”Chatting with the AI Coach is free: talk strategy for as long as you like without watching the meter.
If you run out mid-task
Section titled “If you run out mid-task”You’ll get a clear message rather than a silent failure, and nothing is charged for something that didn’t produce anything. Buy a pack and carry on, or wait for the 1st. Plan changes and payment details live in Membership and billing.
