Custom domain

Your site always works at your handle. If you own a domain, something like yourname.com, you can point it at your profile website instead, so clients see only your brand. The setup is three steps and you do all of them yourself.

  1. Save the domain. In Portal → Profile Website, scroll to the Custom domain card, type your domain without https:// or a trailing slash, and choose Save.
  2. Point it at us. The card then shows the exact DNS record to create. Sign in to the registrar where you bought the domain, open its DNS settings, and add that one record exactly as shown.
  3. Verify. Come back to the card and choose Verify DNS. When the record is found, the card switches to Verified and live and your domain starts serving your profile site.

DNS changes are not instant: anywhere from a few minutes to about an hour is normal. If verification fails, wait a little and try again before changing anything.

  • A domain can only ever be connected to one thing: this profile or one funnel, never both at once.
  • Your handle address keeps working after you connect a domain. Links you have already shared do not break.
  • To disconnect, clear the field and save. The domain is released and your site carries on at your handle.
  • Leave any proxying or CDN option switched off for that record.

A published funnel gets the same card in its builder, and the steps are identical: save the domain, add the record at your registrar, verify. Publish the funnel first. An unpublished one has nothing to show visitors when the domain resolves. See Publish and share.
