Your profile website

Your profile website is a full mini-site you control from inside Lab In A Box. It lives at your handle, https://mobilelabs.ai/yourname, and for most clients it is the first real look at your business. You edit it in Portal → Profile Website, and nothing changes on the live page until you save.

Build the page

Work down the editor, filling only what you want to show:

1. Look and feel: a dark, light, or automatic theme for visitors.
2. Basics: business name, tagline, the credential shown after your name, an availability badge (the green pill at the top, e.g. “Available this week”), phone, contact email, response time, hours, and a same-day appointments switch.
3. Stats band: up to four numbers, such as draws completed or years of experience. Blank ones disappear.
4. Services: a grid of cards. Add your own, or start from one of the suggested services and edit the wording.
5. How it works: your three steps, in your words.
6. Pricing: simple upfront tiers. Each has a label, a small sub-label, and a price, which can be a number or the word “Custom”. Feature one tier to highlight it.
7. Service area: the area name, a radius, and a comma-separated list of neighborhoods that render as chips.
8. About: a headline, two short paragraphs, and an optional portrait you upload or pick from your gallery.
9. Certifications: shown as chips near the top and as a checklist in About. There is also a short footer line for any badges you display.
10. FAQ: your own questions and answers. Leave it empty and sensible defaults are used.

Everything in these sections is what you enter. You’re responsible for its accuracy. MobileLabs doesn’t verify credentials or statistics.

Then Save changes, and use Preview my site to see it as a visitor does.

Show and hide sections

The Sections card turns whole blocks on or off: stats, services, how it works, pricing and service area, About, the reviews wall, FAQ, and the closing booking call-to-action. Sections you have not filled in hide themselves, so you only need these switches to hide something you have written.

Whether the page is visible at all is a separate switch, in Portal → Account → Public page, along with per-item controls for your bio, location, specialties, links, testimonials, and the booking button. See Your public page.

Tip

The Book buttons in the header, hero, and closing section appear once you have a live meeting link. Set one up in Booking calendar and every one of those buttons points at your open times.

Reviews come from Testimonials, and you can put the whole site on a domain you own. See Custom domain.
