Testimonials
Word of mouth is how mobile phlebotomy grows, and a wall of real reviews on your own site does that work while you are out drawing. Testimonials are included from the Starter plan and live in Portal → Testimonials.
Share your collection link
Section titled “Share your collection link”At the top of the page is your personal collection link, https://mobilelabs.ai/t/yourname. Copy puts it on your clipboard; Preview opens exactly what a client sees: your photo, your name, and a short form for their rating and a few sentences.
Send it the moment a draw goes well: in your thank-you message, at the bottom of an invoice, or in a follow-up a day later. The best time to ask is while the client still remembers how easy you made it.
You can also Add manually for reviews that came in by text or email. Enter the client’s name, an optional role or company, a star rating, their words, and an optional video link or upload. Anything you add this way is marked so you can tell it apart from what arrived through the link.
Approve what gets published
Section titled “Approve what gets published”Nothing goes public on its own. New arrivals sit under Needs approval, where you can:
- Approve moves it to Published and makes it eligible for your site.
- Reject files it under Hidden, out of the way but not deleted.
- Delete removes it for good.
Published testimonials get two more controls: Feature to pin the strongest ones forward, and Hide to pull one back without deleting it. Hidden items stay in a collapsed list you can publish again any time.
Show them on your site
Section titled “Show them on your site”Approved testimonials feed the reviews wall on your profile website, and your star average appears near the top of the page. Two switches control whether they show:
- Portal → Account → Public page: the Testimonials visibility switch.
- Portal → Profile Website → Sections: the Reviews wall switch.
Both need to be on, and you need at least one published testimonial, before the section appears.
