Content Planner
The Planner is your content calendar: a month view of everything you’ve planned, a queue of what’s coming next, and a drafts pile for ideas that aren’t ready yet. It lives at Portal → Planner and is included from the Starter plan.
Three ways to look at your month
Section titled “Three ways to look at your month”A stats strip at the top counts what’s Scheduled, what you’ve marked posted this month, and how many Drafts are waiting. Below it:
- Calendar: the month grid. Tap any day to see everything planned for it and add another.
- Queue: every dated post in a flat list, soonest first.
- Drafts: posts saved without a date, waiting for a slot.
Write a post ahead of time
Section titled “Write a post ahead of time”- Tap New post.
- Write your caption. The counter keeps you inside the length limit.
- Choose which of your channels the post is for.
- Add media: paste an image or video link, or tap Pick from Content Studio and select an image you already made.
- Set a date and time under Schedule, then tap Schedule. Leave the date empty and tap Save draft instead to park it.
When a post comes due
Section titled “When a post comes due”Post it on your own account, then open the post’s ⋯ menu and tap Mark as posted. The same menu holds Edit, Reschedule, Cancel (→ draft), and Delete, so a plan that slips is a two-tap fix rather than a rewrite.
Two habits that make it work
Section titled “Two habits that make it work”- Batch your creating. Make a week of images in the Content Studio in one sitting, then line them all up here.
- Treat Drafts as an idea shelf. Write the post the moment the idea lands, date it later when you can see the week.
