Supplies

Never run out mid-route. Portal → Supplies is a simple inventory for the things in your bag (tubes, needles, transport bags, alcohol prep, whatever you carry), with a low-stock flag so a missing gold top never kills a draw. Included from the Starter plan.

Track an item

Press Add supply and give it:

Item name: as specific as you’d say it out loud, such as “SST gold top (serum)”.
Unit: tube, box, each. However you count it.
Quantity on hand: what you have right now.
Reorder at: the count at which you want to be warned.
Note: optional, like which panels it’s used in.

After a supply run, tap the plus and minus buttons on the row to adjust the count. Changes save as you tap; there’s nothing to submit.

Read the flags

Each item shows one of three states, worked out from your own numbers:

Low: at or below your reorder point.
Watch: within a few units of it.
OK: comfortably above.

The list sorts low items to the top, and a banner names them with their remaining counts. Across the top you get the number of items tracked, how many are low, how many are running low, and total units on hand. Anything low or running low also collects into a short list on the right, so you have one place to look before a big screening event instead of counting tubes in a parking lot.

Keeping counts honest

Inventory is only useful if it’s true. The habit that works: adjust counts at the end of each route, while you’re still in the car and the day is fresh. Two taps per item and your flags stay meaningful.
