Plans and trial
You start Lab In A Box on a free trial. It’s card-backed: you add a payment method up front, nothing is charged today, and your plan starts billing automatically when the trial ends. Everything below is also shown on the button you press to start, so there are no surprises later.
Starting the trial
Section titled “Starting the trial”Press the Start free trial button on your portal home, or on any page that’s still locked. Checkout is handled by our payment partner. You enter your card there, come straight back, and the plan’s features unlock immediately.
The trial length and your exact end date are shown when you start and again in Portal → Account → Membership & billing, which counts down the days you have left.
When the trial ends
Section titled “When the trial ends”On the last day, your card is charged the plan’s normal price for its normal billing period, and your membership continues without you doing anything. Cancel before that date and you pay nothing at all.
Canceling
Section titled “Canceling”Go to Portal → Account → Membership & billing and press Cancel membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for: you’ll see the exact date your access ends, and you won’t be charged again. Changed your mind before your access ends? What’s on which plan
Section titled “What’s on which plan”Plans available today, and what each one includes, are listed on the pricing page: https://mobilelabs.ai/pricing. Your trial opens up the plan you signed up for in full, so you’re using the real thing before the first charge rather than a cut-down preview.
Your menu already reflects this: anything above your plan appears with a padlock rather than disappearing, so you can always see what upgrading adds. Upgrading takes effect immediately from Portal → Account → Membership & billing.
