Get help

There’s a paperclip button in the bottom-right corner of every signed-in page. That’s the fastest way to reach us: it opens a small panel where you report what happened, attach a picture of the exact screen you’re looking at, and follow the reply without leaving what you were doing.

Click the paperclip and stay on the Report tab.

  1. Pick a category: Bug, Idea, Question, or Other.
  2. Add a short summary if you want one, then describe what happened and what you expected.
  3. Press Capture this page to attach a picture of the screen as it is right now. The helper keeps itself out of the shot.
  4. Drag on that picture to draw a box around the problem. Draw as many as you need, or press Remove to start over.
  5. Press Send to support.

Your report includes the page you were on, your browser and screen size, your name and email so we can reply, and the screenshot you took if you pressed Capture this page. Nothing is collected in the background.

The Your tickets tab lists everything you’ve sent with its current state: Open, In progress, Resolved, or Closed. Open one to read the thread and reply in the box at the bottom. Replies from support appear in the same thread, so you never have to go looking through your inbox.

If you skipped the walkthrough on your first sign-in, it isn’t gone. Go to Portal → Account → Getting started → Replay the tour and take it as often as you like. Getting around covers the same ground in writing.
