AI Coach

AI Coach is a chat that understands the mobile phlebotomy business. Ask it anything about growing yours: what to say on a first call with a clinic, how to answer someone who thinks you’re expensive, how to reply to a message that’s been sitting unanswered for two days. It lives at Portal → AI Coach.

What you need

Included on the higher plans. See the pricing page for what’s available today. If it isn’t in your plan yet you’ll see it in the sidebar with a lock. Chatting with the coach does not use AI credits.

How to use it

Type your question, or tap the mic and talk it through. Your words land in the box for you to tidy before sending.
Toggle the speaker to have replies read back to you while your hands are busy.
History reopens any earlier conversation; New chat starts a clean one. Conversations are saved to your account, so you can come back to a script you liked last month.

What to ask it

Scripts: an intro call with a clinic manager, a quote you have to say out loud, a voicemail worth leaving.
Objection handling: price, trust, “we already have someone”, “can you come at 6am?”.
Message replies: paste what a client or lead sent and ask for a reply in your voice.
Next steps: talk through a slow week and get a short list of things worth doing.

Where it fits

The coach writes the words; the rest of the portal does something with them. Turn a reply into a saved follow-up on the lead in Clients and leads, or take a hook it wrote and build the image for it in the Content Studio.
