Community

The community is the members-only feed inside Lab In A Box: the place to share a win, ask the question you’d rather not search the internet for, and see what’s working for other mobile phlebotomists this week. It’s included from the Starter plan. Plans available today are listed on the pricing page.

Open Portal → Community and use the box at the top of the feed to start a post. Give it a title, write your message, pick a category, and attach images if they help. The categories keep the feed readable:

  • General: anything that doesn’t fit elsewhere.
  • Wins: milestones worth celebrating.
  • Questions: ask, then mark the reply that solved it as the best answer.
  • Introductions: say hello when you join.
  • Resources: templates, checklists, and finds worth passing on.
  • Boost your reach: a link to your own social post so other members can like, comment, and follow.

Every post takes reactions and threaded comments, and you can reply to a comment. Tap the bookmark on any post to save it; saved posts get their own tab. Search the feed from the box above the categories, and follow the members whose posts you want to keep seeing.

Portal → Community → Win Wall is the Wins category on a page of its own: first draw, first recurring account, first vein you finally got after three tries. Posting a win earns you points and the Winner badge, and gives everyone else proof the work works.

Portal → Members lists everyone in the community with their level, badges, streak, headline, and city. Search by name, headline, or city, or filter by specialty to find someone in your niche. Tap anyone to open their profile.

The Join WhatsApp Community button at the top of the community page opens the members’ group chat, the fast lane for a quick question between posts.

Levels, points, badges, and streaks are explained on Events and leaderboard.
