Getting around
Two minutes and you’ll know where everything lives. Lab In A Box is one menu down the left and one bar across the top, and neither ever moves. Whatever page you’re on, you can get anywhere else in a click.
The menu
Section titled “The menu”Everything you can do is grouped by what it’s for:
- Home gives you your day at a glance, plus the setup checklist when you’re new.
- My Business is the daily work: Profile Website, Clients & Leads, Requisitions, Invoices, Appointments, Routes & Mileage, Paperwork & Signatures, Testimonials, Credential Vault, Claude Connect, Supplies, Content Studio, Planner, and AI Coach.
- Growth fills your calendar: Forms & Quizzes, Funnel Builder, Lead Magnets, and Lists & Waitlists.
- Coaching holds My Coaching, your shared workspace if you’re working with a coach.
- Learning has Training, My Courses, and My Ebooks.
- Community is the member feed, Win Wall, Phleb Map, Events, Leaderboard, and Members.
Underneath sit Credits & Usage and Account. See Account settings for what each Account tab holds.
Anything your plan doesn’t include still shows in the menu with a small padlock, so you can see what you’d unlock (see Plans and trial). On a phone the menu hides behind the hamburger button; on a wide screen you can collapse it to icons and hover for the labels.
The top bar
Section titled “The top bar”- The credit counter shows the AI credits you have left this month. Click it for your balance, history, and the current price list (see Credits and usage).
- The theme toggle switches between light and dark. It sticks.
- Your avatar opens Account, help and support, and sign out.
- Back to site returns you to the public MobileLabs.ai website.
The guided tour
Section titled “The guided tour”The first time you sign in, a short guided tour spotlights the real menu and top bar, then finishes with an overview of what Lab In A Box includes, marking what’s on your plan. You can leave it at any point.
To take it again, go to Account → Getting started → Replay the tour. Take it as often as you like. Nothing in it changes your settings.
